Installation Steps

Access the Chrome Web Store

Click the button above to open the Kalinotes extension page on the Chrome Web Store.

Add the Extension

On the Chrome Web Store page:

  1. Click the blue "Add to Chrome" button
  2. A confirmation window will appear
  3. Click "Add extension" to confirm

Verify Installation

The Kalinotes extension is now installed:

  • ✅ The Kalinotes icon appears in the extensions bar (top right)

Pin the Extension (recommended)

For quick access to Kalinotes:

  1. Click the puzzle icon 🧩 in the Chrome toolbar
  2. Find Kalinotes in the extension list

The Kalinotes icon will now always be visible in your toolbar.

Help and Troubleshooting

❓ The extension icon doesn't appear

Click the puzzle icon 🧩 in the Chrome toolbar to see all your extensions. Find Kalinotes and pin it to make it permanently visible.

❓ I can't log in

Make sure you have created an account on app.kalinotes.com. If you already have an account, verify your credentials.

❓ The extension doesn't work on certain sites

For security reasons, Chrome blocks extensions on certain system pages (chrome://, chrome-extension://, etc.). This is normal behavior.

❓ How do I uninstall the extension?

Go to chrome://extensions, find Kalinotes and click "Remove". Your notes remain saved in your online account.
