Pin the Extension (recommended)

For quick access to Kalinotes:

  1. Click the puzzle icon 🧩 in the Firefox toolbar
  2. Find Kalinotes in the extension list

The Kalinotes icon will now always be visible in your toolbar.

Help and Troubleshooting

❓ The extension icon doesn't appear

Click the puzzle icon 🧩 in the Firefox toolbar to see all your extensions. Find Kalinotes and pin it to make it permanently visible.

❓ I can't log in

Make sure you have created an account on app.kalinotes.com. If you already have an account, verify your credentials.

❓ The extension doesn't work on certain sites

For security reasons, Firefox blocks extensions on certain system pages (about:, moz-extension://, etc.). This is normal behavior.

❓ How do I uninstall the extension?

Go to about:addons, find Kalinotes and click "Remove". Your notes remain saved in your online account.

❓ Does the extension update automatically?

Yes! Firefox automatically checks for updates and installs new versions of the extension.

❓ Can I use the extension in private browsing?

Yes, but you must manually allow it. Go to about:addons, click on Kalinotes, then enable "Allow in private windows".
